1984 Rabbit GTI Cup Car
I bought my car off of Brett Erickson of Erickson Motorsports in Sunnyvale, CA. Brett decided to move onto compete in the Speed World Challenge, so I took his old car off of his hands. I thought that it was time to stop tracking my daily-driver Jetta and the lease was up so Volkswagen took my track car back...I pity them.
A little battery charging action after its long trip from California to Ohio :
This is pretty much what I spend my summers doing now. Driving my car the tracks in my area such as Mid-Ohio, BeaveRun and Nelson Ledges allows me to enjoy driving my wonderful car and enjoying the company of good friends. The MapleCrest Racing Team, was established by Brant Giere along with Charles Mason and myself.
